Dr Les Fabre and Neil Mildenhall have spent more than 20 years in contact sports and more than 10 years working together.

If you are involved in contact sports, whether you are a coach, player or support person, learn how to take advantage of your physical presence and

ENGAGE IN CONTACT SPORTS SAFELY and WITHOUT FEAR OF INJURY.

We have books and a DVD that suit all ages, skill levels and club size. Though primarily tailored for Australian Rules Football, the skills taught are easily applied to all contact sports.
